Crab fried rice is easy to cook and so delicious that every family used to eat it. Use the cooked, cold and non-mushy jasmine rice. Add minced garlic into the pan and stir fry until fragrant and pour the beaten duck eggs in. Use the spatula to cook the eggs. Then, add the prepared rice. Season the rice with salt, fish sauce and black pepper before adding crab meat. Mix them with rice. Garnish the fried rice with spring onions. Serve with side vegetables and chili fish sauce.

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. When the oil is hot, add minced garlic and stir fry until fragrant. Pour the beaten duck eggs in and use a turner to cook the eggs and break them up into pieces. Add cooked jasmine rice and break them up with the turner to separate each grain. Mix the ingredients well. Season the fried rice with salt, fish sauce and black pepper. Add the crab meat and mix it with the rice. Turn off the heat, add spring onions.
Put crab fried rice onto a plate. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve the fried rice with cucumber slices, lime wedges, spring onions and chili fish sauce
Put 1 cup of rice with 1.2 cup of clean water (1:1.2)
Close the lid, press the switch to turn on, and wait until the rice is cooked.
Set the rice aside for at least 10 minutes before eating.
