Stir-fried seafood with basil is a popular dish among the Thais. It can be found in almost every made-to-order food shop because it is easy to make, delicious, and fragrant with basil aroma. It is even more flavorful when served with hot steamed rice.

Cooked fragrant rice for serving
Add vegetable oil in a pan and heat it. Add chili and garlic, stir well until fragrant.
Add fried shrimp and squid and season with fish sauce, sugar, seasoning sauce, black soy sauce and oyster sauce. Toss them together, followed by adding basil leaves, and sliced Jinda chili. Stir and mix them together before turning off the heat.
Put on a plate and serve with cooked fragrant rice, Green Lotus brand.
Put 1 cup of rice with 1.5 cup of clean water (1:1.5)
Close the lid, press the switch to turn on, and wait until the rice is cooked.
Set the rice aside for at least 10 minutes before eating.
