Green curry fried rice with crispy gourami fish is an adapted menu that combines green curry paste with fried rice. Put green curry paste in a pan and stir until fragrant. Add coconut milk and stir until the coconut oil rises onto the surface. Add Turkish berries and green brinjal, stir until cooked. Then, season with fish sauce and coconut sugar and stir well. Add cooked Surin fragrant rice, toss the green curry sauce and the rice until they combine. Add the gourami fish meat, basil leaves and red chilis. Set a pan on medium heat. Add oil and green curry paste, stir fry until fragrant. Add coconut milk and stir until the oil separates from the coconut milk. Add Turkish berries and green brinjal, and stir until cooked. Then season with fish sauce and coconut sugar. Stir well. Add cooked fragrant rice. Toss them until the green curry sauce coats the rice well. Add the gourami fish meat, basil leaves and red chili peppers. Mix again before turning off the heat.
Put green curry fried rice with gourami fish on a plate. Garnish with fried gourami and a sprig of basil. Serve.
