Kao Ta Hang White Rice is from one of the good rice varieties in the Northeastern region, especially from Nakhon Ratchasima Province. It is seasonal rice that can be havested only once a year. Suitable for people who enjoy eating fluffy and non-sticky rice at good value and economical price.
Put 1 cup of rice into the electric rice cooker.
Close the lid, press the switch to turn on, and wait until the rice is cooked.
Set the rice aside for at least 10 minutes before eating.
Soak the glutinous rice for 3-6 Hours.
Steam the rice for 30 minutes.
